Give your current holders and the next event (post-money SAFEs, pre-money SAFEs, convertible notes with interest, or a priced round with an option pool top-up) and it returns the pro-forma cap table before and after, the price per share, each instrument's conversion price and shares, and each holder's dilution. The circular pool and SAFE math is solved with fraction math, and you get an Excel cap table and a PDF summary.
